Ibb: The electronic collection system for the Cleanliness Fund revenues was launched in Ibb Governorate, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Local Council, Amin Al-Warafi. Al-Warafi emphasized that this initiative reflects the leadership’s commitment to digital transformation, aiming to enhance integrity and transparency. He also praised the Ministry of Finance for their efforts in automating financial operations.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Fund’s management has been instructed to ensure the availability of necessary resources to successfully implement the system and to secure the collection of legally due revenues. Additionally, trainees were briefed on the operation of the system and its benefits, particularly in facilitating financial transactions and report preparation.
The technical team from the Ministry of Finance elaborated on the unified accounting system’s mechanism, which encompasses the automation of various financial processes. Meanwhile, the Director of Financial Affairs at the Fund outlined the requirements for electronic collection to meet financial obligations effectively.
