Sana'a: A workshop was launched on Monday in Sana'a for staff of the Unified Traffic Issuance Center and the Public Service Department of the Traffic Police, titled 'Excellence in Performance and Facilitating Traffic Services' for 2026.
According to Yemen News Agency, the week-long program, organized by the General Traffic Department under the Ministry of Interior, aims to improve staff efficiency, enhance communication with the public, and modernize traffic service procedures to reduce bureaucracy and increase citizen satisfaction.
At the opening of the workshop, Traffic Police Director General Major General Dr. Bakil Al-Burashi emphasized the importance of developing service systems, improving institutional performance, and ensuring professionalism in handling public transactions. He urged for greater efforts to facilitate services and address operational challenges to improve overall service quality.
