Sana’a: Leaders and employees of the Planning Sector at the Prime Minister’s Office visited the tomb of the martyr President Saleh al-Sammad and his companions in al-Sabeen Square. During the visit, Ali al-Mutamayiz, Deputy Assistant Head of the Planning Sector, and his companions read al-Fatihah for the souls of martyr al-Sammad, his companions, and all the martyrs who sacrificed their lives defending Yemen’s pride and dignity against invaders and occupiers.
According to Yemen News Agency, the visitors praised the leadership qualities of President al-Sammad, noting his wisdom and clarity of mind, which played a crucial role in uniting the ranks and strengthening the internal front. They highlighted his contributions to supporting the defenders in the battle for Yemen’s sovereignty against the aggression coalition.
They emphasized that the national project of martyr President al-Sammad, “A hand protects.. and a hand builds,” was a significant milestone in Yemen’s path toward construction, development, and national defense during one of the most challenging periods in the country’s history. The visitors expressed their pride and appreciation for the national and heroic stance of martyr President al-Sammad, as well as for the sacrifices of all martyrs, which led to honor, victory, and dignity for the Yemeni people.
The visitors noted that President al-Sammad embodied a model of faithful leadership devoted to his homeland and people. His responsibility, loyalty, and exemplary conduct serve as a role model for all officials. They further emphasized that with his martyrdom, Yemen lost a leadership figure with valuable political experience.
