Hodeidah: The local authority in the Hodeidah governorate and Al Sakhna district has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of local council member Mohammed Salem Attia. Attia was recognized for his lifetime of contributions to social and service work, benefitting the people of Al Sakhna district and the broader governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, the local authority released a eulogy statement highlighting the virtues of Mohammed Attia. The statement commended his dedication as an official and his role as a social personality who earned widespread respect and appreciation. The local authority emphasized that his passing represents a significant loss to both the local council and the district at large.

In their statement, the local authority extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the deceased's family, including his father, Sheikh Ali Attia, and his sons, as well as all members of the Attia family.
