Ma’bar: The Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring and Research Center recorded a light earthquake northwest of Ma’bar in Dhamar Governorate on Friday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the center’s head, Engineer Mohammed al-Houthi, reported that the earthquake was recorded at 11:17 a.m., with a depth of three kilometers, and measured 2.9 on the Richter scale. The event was noted by local authorities as part of ongoing monitoring efforts in the region.
