Al-Amal, Al-Majd, Al-Ta’awun Crowned Champions of the Mawlid al-Nabawi Tournaments in Aslam, Khayran Al-Muharraq, & Mabin

Aslam: Al-Amal team in Aslam District, Al-Majd in Khayran Al-Muharraq, and Al-Ta’awun in Mabin District, Hajjah Governorate, were crowned champions of the Mawlid al-Nabawi football tournaments today, organized by the Youth and Sports Office branches in the districts under the supervision of the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate.



According to Yemen News Agency, in Aslam District, Al-Amal team secured the championship title, which featured five teams in a single group format, after defeating Wahda Aslam on penalties following a 1-1 draw in regular time.



In Khayran Al-Muharraq, Al-Majd team was declared the winner of the tournament, which included eight teams divided into two groups, after defeating Tilal Masrouh by a single goal in the final.



Meanwhile, Al-Ta’awun team emerged victorious in the Mawlid al-Nabawi tournament in Mabin District, which also featured eight teams across two groups, with a decisive 7-4 victory over Ittihad Al-Soudi in the final.



The directors of the Youth and Sports branches in the districts commended the technical level displayed in the tournaments, the competitive spirit among the teams, and the community engagement. They expressed gratitude for the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate’s efforts in organizing these activities, which enhance the youth’s connection to the Greatest Messenger Muhammad (PBUH) and contribute to discovering and developing sports talents.



At the conclusion of the matches, the winning teams and outstanding players in all three tournaments were honored.
