Mahweet: Schools across the Mahweet governorate organized protest rallies on Saturday to condemn recent U.S. insults towards the Holy Quran and to denounce ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people. The rallies were held under the slogan 'Mobilization and Readiness. In Support of the Holy Quran and Palestine.'

According to Yemen News Agency, participants at the rallies displayed banners asserting that insults to the Quran are part of a systematic campaign against the nation's religious and cultural identity, as well as its sacred values. Speakers at the events emphasized that supporting the Quran is a steadfast stance and a practical commitment, while standing with Palestine is regarded as a religious, moral, and humanitarian obligation.

Teachers and students involved in the rallies affirmed their dedication to continuing cultural and awareness activities aimed at strengthening consciousness regarding the nation's core causes. A statement released during the rallies declared the Holy Quran a red line, rejected any offenses against it, and reaffirmed unwavering support for the Palestinian cause as the central issue of the nation. Additionally, the statement called on scholars, intellectuals, and media figures to expose such violations and to defend Islamic sanctities.
