Mahweet: The Women's Committee in Shibam Kawkaban district, located in the Mahweet governorate, on Thursday dispatched an Eid convoy aimed at supporting the armed forces personnel engaged on the front lines.
According to Yemen News Agency, the convoy was filled with cakes, sweets, nuts, gifts, and cash, symbolizing recognition of the fighters' sacrifices and achievements across land, sea, and air. The women behind this initiative emphasized that their effort serves as a gesture of appreciation for the dedication shown by these fighters in defending the nation and supporting the oppressed in Gaza.
They assured that this convoy would be the first of many, representing a small contribution to the steadfast heroes defending the homeland and the Palestinian people. The women of Shibam also strongly condemned the ongoing crimes by the Zionist enemy against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
