Abu Dhabi: A batch of graduates of “Al-Aqsa Flood” open military courses from the students of the Emirates International University carried out on Saturday a symbolic maneuver and a foot march as a declaration of readiness under the slogan “You are not alone”. The maneuver included the use of light weapons in sniping skills, targeting virtual enemy sites, the arts and skills of engaging with enemies in battle, and ways to circumvent them.
According to Yemen News Agency, before the maneuver, a rally was held in which 1,200 students who graduated from “Al-Aqsa Flood” courses at the UAE University participated. During the rally, the students embodied the fitness, discipline, and skills they received during the Al-Aqsa Flood courses. The graduates also congratulated the Palestinians and their resistance for the historic victory against the usurping entity, the signing of the ceasefire agreement, and the conclusion of the prisoner exchange deal.
At the drill, the presence of university leaders, faculty members, academic and administrative staff, including the university president, Dr. Nasser Al-Mufri, the vice president, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, and the secretary general, Dr. Fuad Hannash, was noted. They emphasized that the university students’ interaction with “Al-Aqsa Flood” courses is rooted in faith and the Yemeni people’s connection to the central cause of Palestine. The speeches highlighted the continuous mobilization, training, and qualification in preparation for the confrontation with the enemies of Islam and the nation.
Saleh Atif, the general mobilization official, encouraged everyone to interact with Al-Aqsa flood courses to increase readiness for any escalation and confront the enemy’s plans targeting the nation.
