Sa'fan: Students from Jaafar bin Abi Talib School in Al-Rawna and Jeel Al-Qur'an Summer School in Al-Mashbah, located in Al-Tarf 'Uzlah of Sa'fan District in Sana'a Governorate, took part in a walking march on Tuesday. This event, part of the summer course activities, included a visit to the Martyrs' Cemetery and an academic competition aimed at enhancing the educational experience of the students.
According to Yemen News Agency, the students paid homage to the martyrs at the cemetery by reciting Al-Fatiha, acknowledging the martyrs' sacrifices and dedication. This gesture was intended to instill values of loyalty and gratitude in the students, connecting them with their national history and fostering a sense of responsibility.
The day's events also featured an academic competition between the students of the two schools. This competition showcased their educational achievements and knowledge, fostering positive competition and enhancing their skills. The initiative aligns with the objectives of the summer courses, which aim to cultivate a well-informed generation grounded in Qur'anic culture and faith-based identity.
Organizers highlighted that the march, visit, and cultural competition exemplify a commitment to integrating educational, moral, and practical elements in student development. These activities contribute to building well-rounded personalities among students.
The event was attended by Baligh Al-Bahr, the representative of the Martyrs' Families Care Authority in the district, Anwar Al-Qadri from the Mobilization Office, and Abdulrazzaq Al-Ahdal, the mobilization official of Al-Tarf 'Uzlah.
