Doha:Marib Marib Governorate hosted a series of commemorative events on Monday, including exhibitions and visits to martyrs' families, as part of the annual "Martyr's Day" observances for 1448 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, in Badbadah District, local officials, mobilization leaders, and prominent social figures attended a commemorative event and an exhibition of martyrs' photographs. The speakers highlighted the importance of honoring the legacies of martyrs and reflecting on their sacrifices for God and the homeland.
In Al-Abdiyyah District, a collaborative effort by the local authority, the General Mobilization apparatus, support and reinforcement battalions, and district police led to a commemorative event and a martyrs' photographs exhibition. Participants pledged loyalty to the martyrs, vowing to uphold the values and principles for which they sacrificed their lives.
Meanwhile, in Sirwah District, local and mobilization officials visited martyrs' families, offering gifts and expressing appreciation for their sacrifices. Officials from the General Authority for Martyrs' Families and the General Mobilization unit in Majzar District emphasized the pride and honor the martyrs bring to the Yemeni people.
In Harib al-Qaramish District, officials checked on martyrs' families and presented in-kind gifts. Similar visits in Jabal Murad District were part of the efforts to commemorate the "Martyr's Anniversary," demonstrating the community's esteem for the martyrs.
