Marib Launches Activities for Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday Commemoration

Marib: The local authority and the General Mobilization Department in Marib governorate on Wednesday launched activities commemorating the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) for the year 1448 AH during a ceremony held in Al-Jubah district.

According to Yemen News Agency, governor Ali Tuaiman attended the launch ceremony along with Brigadier General Badr Al-Majash, head of the General Mobilization Department in the governorate. Al-Majash emphasized the importance of broad participation in the Prophet's birthday celebrations, urging unified official and community efforts to ensure the success of activities and programs at the district and sub-district levels. He noted that such participation would strengthen the connection with the Prophet Muhammad and highlight the significance of the occasion within the community.

Deputy Governor Saeed Bahibah underscored the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday, advocating for the mobilization of available resources to guarantee the success of the accompanying events and activities. He stated that these efforts reflect the governorate's people's love for the Prophet and their dedication to following his noble example.

For his part, the cultural official of the southern square, Majid Al-Hamzi, discussed various aspects of the life of the Prophet Muhammad, describing the occasion as a spiritual milestone for reinforcing Islamic values. Al-Hamzi highlighted the importance of raising awareness about following the Prophet's morals and teachings in different aspects of life.
