Taipei:Capital Secretariat Mass rallies took place across the districts of the Capital Secretariat following Friday prayers, where demonstrators reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing mobilization and condemned what they described as crimes by Saudi Arabia against the Yemeni people.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the rallies chanted slogans rejecting adversaries, traitors, and agents, while calling for readiness to support the battlefronts with funds and personnel until victory is achieved. They expressed unwavering support for Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and the armed forces, advocating for the continuation of a policy of 'blockade for blockade and escalation for escalation' until legitimate rights are secured and the aggression, blockade, and occupation come to an end.
A statement issued at the rallies accused Saudi Arabia of continuing to shed Yemeni blood in regions such as Taiz and Sa'ada, targeting civilians including women and children, as well as attacking houses, markets, hospitals, farms, and roads, amid silence from the international and regional communities. The statement criticized the lack of response from Arab and Muslim nations, scholars, intellectuals, media figures, and human rights organizations regarding the ongoing suffering of the Yemeni people, who have faced over 12 years of aggression and blockade by air, land, and sea.
The statement condemned the ongoing Saudi attacks on civilian houses and humanitarian facilities in provinces like Taiz and Saada, as well as the lack of action from Arab and Islamic countries towards Yemen's plight. It urged vigilance against Saudi propaganda and false allegations aimed at tarnishing Yemen's image and inciting hostility. Furthermore, the statement stressed that the daily crimes against Yemenis would not remain unpunished or be forgotten over time, while criticizing regimes that, it claimed, have compromised their positions to serve American and Israeli interests. It also praised political groups that oppose their countries' involvement in the war on Yemen.
Additionally, the statement denounced Saudi-organized celebrations in the holy lands, describing them as contrary to Islamic teachings and authentic Arab values, and accused the Saudi regime of endangering Islamic holy sites.
