Hajjah: Hajjah Governorate witnessed large-scale student marches in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza, with participants condemning Israel's ongoing genocide and siege.
According to Yemen News Agency, the protests, organized across the governorate's central district and sub-districts, saw students and officials chanting slogans denouncing "enemies of God" and pledging unwavering support for Palestine resistance.
The demonstrations were led by Ali Al-Qutaib, Head of the Educational Sector, and Murad Shalay, Director of Youth and Sports, alongside other district officials. Protesters carried banners with messages such as "Steadfast with Gaza - No Red Lines in Sacred Jihad."
Participants in the marches denounced 22 months of Israeli atrocities, including starvation policies that have reportedly resulted in the deaths of 1,859 Palestinians awaiting aid since May 2024.
