Hodeidah: Residents of the northern districts of Hodeidah governorate, including Al-Zaydiyah, Al-Qanawis, Al-Duha, Al-Mighlaf, Al-Munirah, Al-Zuhrah, Al-Salif, and Kamaran, assembled to commemorate the anniversary of Yawm al-Wilayah, also known as Ghadir Khumm. The event was held under the banner "Whoever I am his master, Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, the gathering featured speeches highlighting the importance of the occasion, which is seen as the completion of religion and a divine blessing of guidance. Participants used the event to reaffirm their loyalty to God, His Messenger, Imam Ali, and the Leader of the Yemeni revolution. This allegiance is viewed as a source of Yemen's strength and resilience against foreign interference.
The attendees expressed their unwavering support for the axis of resistance, particularly in relation to the Palestinian cause, and declared their readiness for future confrontations with adversaries led by the US and Israel. The evening's activities included poetry recitations, anthems, folk dances, and a variety of performances, reflecting the cultural richness of the region.
