At tuhayta: At Tuhayta district in Al-Hudaydah province witnessed a celebratory evening on the anniversary of the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), under the slogan "Whoever I am his master (mawla), then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by a member of the Shura Council, Dr. Hamid Al-Mizjaji, and the district director, Adel Aheif. The attendees expressed their pride in commemorating this occasion as a way to consolidate the path of guardianship (wilayah) and to urge the nation to emerge from its state of weakness and frailty.
The evening highlighted the importance of following the example of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), drawing lessons from his biography in confronting oppressors and tyrants, supporting the truth, and advancing the nation's reality.
The mobilization official of the district, Sadiq Futeini, emphasized that this occasion is a significant milestone in the history of the Islamic nation. It carries lessons and significances that require the nation's people to benefit from them to correct the setbacks that have befallen them due to their abandonment of the commands and directives urged by the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him).
He affirmed that the massive public gathering to commemorate this anniversary comes every year to renew the covenant and connection to the path of the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him), to achieve dignity and elevation in the life of the nation.
Futeini praised the interaction of the residents of At Tuhayta in commemorating Yawm al-Wilayah, expressing pride and honor in the awareness of the Yemeni people regarding the conspiracies targeting the country, and their refusal to compromise their religion and authentic identity based on the path of allegiance (tawalli).
