Al-dhale’: The districts of Damt, Al-Hasha, Qa’ataba, and Juban in Al-Dhalea Governorate witnessed large mass rallies today under the slogan ‘Solidarity with the Iranian People.’ Participants in the rallies, led in Damt by Acting Governor Abdul Latif Al-Shaghdari and the province’s Mobilization Official Ahmed Al-Marani, chanted slogans expressing support and solidarity with the Iranian people.
According to Yemen News Agency, the participants affirmed that today’s mobilization came in response to the call of the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, and to reaffirm the Yemeni people’s steadfast position in confronting American and Zionist aggression, as well as to embody Islamic unity.
The crowds condemned the brutal American-Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran and what they described as the heinous crime of targeting the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Sayyed Ali Khamenei. A statement issued by the rallies expressed deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the dear Muslim Iranian people and to the entire Islamic nation over the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, describing him as a symbol of steadfastness in upholding just positions, who proved the sincerity of his stance with his blood, never surrendered to enemies or compromised, and remained firm and dignified until his death.
The statement expressed confidence in the strength and resilience of the Iranian people and the Islamic system, which it said demonstrated high competence and cohesion, evident in a military response that exceeded expectations and broke all ceilings with strength and firmness, proving that Iran is stronger than its enemies’ attempts to break it. It strongly condemned what it described as the brazen criminal aggression against the Iranian people, considering it an aggression against the entire nation.
The statement explained that the aim of this aggression is to reshape the region and impose ‘Greater Israel’ by eliminating the Islamic Republic and resistance forces, then destroying the remaining countries and armies of the region-a plan that only those who betray their people, abandon their religion and values would accept. It praised the strength and speed of the Iranian response, which it said confused enemy calculations and proved that free peoples are capable of confronting arrogant powers regardless of their capabilities, announcing full support for the Iranian people in what it described as this decisive battle.
The statement affirmed that the American presence and military bases in the region are a source of evil, serve the Zionist enemy, and threaten security, alleging that their purpose is to violate countries and enable the Zionist entity to establish the so-called ‘Greater Israel’ over the bodies of children and women. It pointed to what it described as the right of Iran to target and destroy those bases in the interest of the region’s peoples and the oppressed Palestinian people.
The statement called on the peoples of the region to remain aware and recognize the dangers that have become a reality, leaving no option but confrontation with determination and steadfastness. It affirmed that victory will inevitably be on the side of the believers and that the downfall of the Zionist entity will come at their hands, praying for victory and relief for the Islamic Republic, its Guard and army, and for Palestine and the entire nation.
