Hajjah: The districts of Al-Mahabishah, the provincial center, Mustaba, Bani Al-Awam, Kahlan Afar, Aflah Al-Sham, Al-Shahhil, and Al-Miftah in Hajjah Governorate held gatherings, evening events, and activities commemorating the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events were organized by local authorities and community members in several districts, including Al-Shahhil, Al-Mahabishah, Al-Miftah, and the Hajjah countryside, as well as residents of various villages and areas in Mustaba, Bani Al-Awam, Kahlan Afar, and Aflah Al-Sham.
Speakers at the gatherings highlighted the importance of commemorating this religious occasion, which marks the birth of the Prophet Muhammad and the emergence of the Islamic message. They emphasized that the dawn of Islam represented a revolution against the practices of the pre-Islamic era, uniting the Muslim nation through divine revelation and strengthening it to spread Islam across vast regions.
The speakers stressed the need for the Muslim nation to return sincerely to Allah and the teachings of the Holy Quran and the final Prophet. They also emphasized honoring Islamic rituals and commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad as a reaffirmation of the dignity and honor of Muslims.
Furthermore, they stated that Yemenis' connection to the Prophet has given them determination and steadfastness in confronting challenges and projects of domination. The occasion was described as an opportunity to renew their commitment to the Prophet and his household.
