Sana'a: An expanded meeting chaired by the Minister of Transport and Public Works, Mohammed Qahim, discussed the development plans of the transport sector. The meeting, attended by ministry leadership, heads of affiliated authorities and institutions, and transport sector staff, reviewed progress reports on ongoing projects as well as future projects aimed at directly improving public services. According to Yemen News Agency, transport sector leaders and staff welcomed the return of the minister following a successful medical treatment abroad, affirming their commitment to intensifying efforts to implement approved tasks, plans, and programs. Minister Qahim praised the efforts of ministry personnel across all sectors despite the difficult circumstances facing the country. He also commended ongoing efforts to pursue development and modernization and to overcome current challenges, describing them as a form of resilience in the face of aggression.
