Sana'a: A meeting was held in Sana'a on Monday for the unified working team tasked with monitoring and evaluating progress in developing services and simplifying procedures at several units affiliated with the Ministry of Oil and Minerals. Chaired by Assistant Deputy Minister for Minerals Dr. Yahya Al-Ajam, the meeting discussed progress on the service development and procedures simplification project, as well as the completion of reviewing and enhancing the draft pilot guide for services provided by the Yemen Petroleum Company.
According to Yemen News Agency, the guide aims to standardize service procedures, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. Participants reviewed comments and suggestions on the draft to clarify procedures, service requirements, and mechanisms for completion.
At the end of the meeting, the comments and suggestions were handed over to the head of the project team at the Yemen Petroleum Company for incorporation and necessary revisions, in preparation for finalizing and approving the guide.
