Meeting Focuses on Enhancing Education in Al-Khawkhah and Hays Districts

Hodeida: A meeting held today in Al-Khawkhah District of Hodeidah Governorate discussed the procedures and measures necessary to enhance the regularity of the educational process in Al-Khawkhah and Hays districts, following their liberation.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research for the Basic Education Sector, Hadi Ammar, the First Undersecretary of Hodeidah Governorate, Ahmed Al-Bashri, the Head of the Literacy and Adult Education Authority, Hassan Al-Houthi, the official in charge of the education sector in the governorate, Omar Bahr, and educational leaders in the governorate. The participants addressed a number of tasks related to the conditions of the educational process in the two districts.

The meeting praised the victories achieved by the heroes of the Armed Forces on the western coast front, congratulating the people of Hays and Al-Khawkhah on their liberation from the mobilizations affiliated with the Saudi enemy.

It also focused on the arrangements for the return of students and administrative and teaching staff in the two districts to their schools, the speedy provision of the unified school textbook, and the development of an appropriate plan for the functioning of schools in Al-Khawkhah and Hays.

Additionally, the meeting stressed the importance of implementing arrangements that ensure the regularity of the educational process and the completion of curricula according to the approved academic calendar for the year 1448 AH, in a way that meets the needs of students and enhances the stability of the educational process in the two districts.
