Meeting in Al Bayda Focuses on Enhancing Financial Resources of Administrative Units

Al bayda: A meeting in Al Bayda Governorate today discussed the preparation of an analytical study for developing and enhancing the financial resources of administrative units in the governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was chaired by Deputy Governor Saleh Al-Mansouri and attended by Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Humaigani, along with the committee assigned by the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development. The focus was on reviewing ways to enhance financial resources through the preparation of analytical studies.

Committee members Hamza Al-Sayyad and Mohammed Faze', along with directors of relevant executive offices in the governorate, participated in the meeting. They discussed the report presented by committee head Mohammed Al-Samawi, which was based on a field visit conducted as part of the directives from the Revolution Leader and the guidance of the Presidency. The directives aim to develop and enhance resources for the local authority.

The report highlighted the committee's mission to prepare an analytical field study to evaluate and classify the local authority's resources. The goal is to reform the current situation by reconsidering, canceling, or merging existing resources, utilizing the expertise of specialized cadres within the governorate.

During the meeting, Deputy Governor Al-Mansouri emphasized the local authority leadership's commitment to ensuring the success of the committee's mission. This includes preparing an analytical study to enhance financial resource development, control their collection, and monitor their remittance.

Al-Mansouri further explained that resource development requires the integration of local and central efforts, enhanced coordination, and practical solutions to existing obstacles. This approach aims to raise and develop the local authority's resources.

In closing, Deputy Governor Al-Mansouri underscored the necessity of translating the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership, as well as the Change and Construction Government's program, into actionable plans and programs. These initiatives are intended to mobilize efforts and improve development and service performance across various fields.
