Dhamar: A meeting chaired by the Governor of Dhamar, Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, was held to discuss ways to develop traffic performance, regulate traffic, and facilitate citizens’ transactions.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Governor emphasized the importance of the traffic police in reducing congestion and enhancing security. He highlighted the need for traffic discipline and improving the image of traffic personnel. The Governor assured the support of the governorate’s leadership for the Traffic Department’s efforts to enhance performance.
The Director of Traffic, Colonel Ahmed Shaaban, underscored the significance of enhancing traffic safety and regulating traffic. He stressed adherence to the directives of the competent authorities to improve the overall performance of the traffic system.
During the meeting, a receipt and handover process took place between Colonel Abdulaziz Al-Maori and the newly appointed commander of the Traffic Department, Colonel Shaaban.
