Meeting in Hajjah Approves Security Plan for Prophet’s Birthday Events

Hajjah: A security meeting in Hajjah governorate today approved the security plan for the events commemorating the Prophet's birthday anniversary for the year 1448 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included the participation of the governorate's Security Director Brigadier Hassan Al-Qasimi, Deputy Mobilization Officials Abdullah Shayem and Mohammed Al-Nu'ami, Deputy Security Director Colonel Abdo Amer, as well as the heads of security agencies and units. They collectively reviewed the plan's components and assessed the level of readiness for the upcoming events.

The attendees were provided with a detailed briefing on tasks, responsibilities, deployment mechanisms, and field coordination strategies to ensure the safety of citizens and participants. The plan aims to facilitate traffic flow and secure the events effectively.

Discussions during the meeting focused on the comprehensive traffic plan, which is designed to regulate crowd movement. This includes deploying patrols and traffic officers at crucial points, city entrances, and areas where large gatherings are expected.

The meeting underscored the necessity of raising readiness levels and enhancing coordination between agencies and units. It also highlighted the importance of intensifying preventive and awareness campaigns to ensure the security plan is implemented efficiently, thereby creating a safe and organized environment for the celebrations.

Brigadier Al-Qasimi emphasized the critical nature of adhering to the security plan, which relies on discipline, vigilance, organized deployment, and coordination among various units. He highlighted the significance of these factors in achieving a secure environment for the events.

Deputy Mobilization Official Shayem stressed the need for integration between security agencies, mobilization, and the community. He noted that managing mass crowds requires a high level of organization, discipline, and cooperation to ensure the success of the events.
