Sana'a: A meeting of service and revenue offices in Ibb Governorate on Tuesday, chaired by Governor Abdulwahid Salah, approved a program of Eid visits to the frontline fighters stationed in the theaters of honor and dignity during the days of Eid al-Adha.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, which was attended by Deputy Minister of Health Dr. Abdulmalik Al-Sanaani and the Governorate's Mobilization Official Abdulfattah Ghalab, discussed the tasks and objectives of the visits, including the provision of aid convoys and Eid gifts to the frontline fighters to strengthen their resilience and steadfastness.
Governor Salah described the Eid visits to the frontline fighters as a national and moral duty toward those who are writing epics of steadfastness and sacrifice in defense of the homeland and its sovereignty. He stressed the importance of embodying the spirit of loyalty and appreciation for those stationed in various arenas of honor and dignity.
He noted that the people of Ibb have been, and continue to be, at the forefront in supporting the frontline fighters and reinforcing the battlefronts with men, aid convoys, and ongoing contributions.
He explained that the Eid visit program requires a high level of coordination and integration between executive offices, local authorities, and districts to ensure organized and effective visits that address the needs of the frontline fighters and boost their morale, especially during this religious occasion.
The Governor further emphasized that the continued cohesion between the home front and the fighters in the field of confrontation represents one of the most important factors of resilience and steadfastness, affirming that Ibb Governorate will continue its national role in supporting the fronts and assisting the frontline fighters with available resources, stemming from its religious and national responsibility toward the nation's critical causes.
For his part, the governorate's mobilization official confirmed that the Eid visit program comes within the framework of enhancing direct communication with the frontline fighters, checking on their conditions, and sharing the joy of Eid with them, reflecting the level of popular and official appreciation for their sacrifices in defense of the homeland.
He noted that the local authority and mobilization offices will work in coordination with executive offices and districts to organize field visits according to a comprehensive plan that ensures the delivery of convoys and Eid gifts to various fronts, calling for the activation of community initiatives and broad participation in this regard.
The attendees expressed their pride in the heroic positions of the frontline fighters, stressing their commitment to the success of the Eid visit program and the provision of necessary support, in a way that enhances their resilience, steadfastness, and embodies unity and solidarity between society and the frontlines.
