Sana'a: A meeting in Sana'a between Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dhaifallah Ressam and Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Samir Bajjala discussed on Sunday issues related to strengthening aspects of protection and social cohesion.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, which was attended by a number of the ministry's leadership, focused on the current challenges facing Yemen as a result of the US-Zionist aggression and its targeting of civilians and civilian objects in Sana'a and the provinces.
The discussions also highlighted Yemen's continued support for the Palestinian cause, emphasizing the wisdom and courage of the revolution leader, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badreddin al-Houthi, in this regard. The effectiveness of the military operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces to stop the aggression and lift the siege on Gaza was also a point of discussion.
Furthermore, the meeting considered Yemen's position as a religious, moral, and faith-based duty towards the vulnerable people in the Gaza Strip, particularly in light of perceived Arab and Islamic inaction, alongside Western and Zionist collaboration, which they view as hostile to Islam and Muslims.
The meeting concluded with an affirmation of the continuation of official and popular efforts and coordination at the highest level within the tracks of protection, social action, mobilization, and general mobilization to confront the aggression.
