Washha: A meeting was held on Tuesday in the Da'an area of Washha District, Hajjah province, as part of the celebrations marking the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting brought together local, security, mobilization, and community figures and was addressed by the Governorate's Security Director, Brig. Gen. Hassan Al-Qasimi. He stressed the importance of broad participation in commemorating this religious occasion as a reflection of the strong bond linking the people of wisdom and faith to the Greatest Messenger.
Brig. Gen. Al-Qasimi highlighted the significance of this occasion, uniquely celebrated by the people of Yemen as an expression of gratitude for the blessing of the noble Prophet and as a reaffirmation of adherence to his righteous path.
He also pointed to the conspiracies being plotted against Yemen due to its honorable stance-leadership, army, and people-in supporting Al-Aqsa Mosque and the oppressed in Gaza, emphasizing the role of all in assisting the security forces to thwart such schemes and reinforce peace and stability.
Furthermore, he praised the steadfast positions of the people of Da'an and Washha in supporting the Palestinian resistance in Gaza and their readiness to take part in the 'Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad' in defense of the oppressed and the causes of the Ummah.
