Sana'a: A meeting in the al-Safiya district in the capital Sana'a discussed ways to support the activities and development programs of the al-Safiya Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting reviewed plans to expand society membership across different segments of the community, including public and private sector participants, as part of efforts to strengthen its development and economic empowerment initiatives.

Participants stressed the importance of cooperation among local authorities, community organizations, and stakeholders to support the society's projects, overcome challenges, and promote productive-family programs and community-based development initiatives.

Officials also highlighted the need to encourage wider participation in the cooperative, while society representatives outlined recent achievements, future development plans, and efforts to broaden membership in line with organizational regulations and objectives.
