According to Yemen News Agency, the center forecast scattered rainfall accompanied at times by thunder over the western mountain range, particularly the governorates of Al Dhalea, Al Bayda, and Ibb, the highlands of Lahj and Abyan, and limited parts of the governorates of Taiz, Raymah, Dhamar, Sana'a, Al Mahwit, Amran, Hajjah, and Saada, as well as areas of the plateaus and deserts of Shabwah and Hadramout.

The center warned citizens against being in ravines, valleys, and flood channels during and after rainfall, and warned of thunderstorms, advising against being in elevated areas, near tall trees, and using mobile phones.
