Sana'a: Acting Prime Minister Mohammed Miftah met on Sunday with Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khalid al-Khawali, who also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Integration. During the meeting, they evaluated the progress in preparing organizational regulations for ministries, agencies, and institutions involved in the integration process, and assessed the level of progress achieved in the draft regulations and organizational structures.
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion also focused on the priorities of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development's plan for 1448 AH. This included projects and programs aimed at developing administrative performance and enhancing the quality of services. Miftah commended the committees tasked with preparing and reviewing the regulations and organizational structures, acknowledging the significant steps taken in this regard. He also praised the procedures adopted by the Ministry to improve service quality and simplify procedures for completing transactions.
Dr. Khalid al-Khawali highlighted the Ministry's efforts to develop and enhance the capabilities of administrative leaders through its training program. He explained that the annual plan emphasizes implementing the government's general program concerning the development of administrative work mechanisms, continuous improvement of service quality for citizens and employees, and the advancement of oversight, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms. Al-Khawali also noted that the sectoral and technical committees responsible for completing integration procedures are making progress in finalizing various stages of the integration process.
The Minister reviewed aspects related to training programs for administrative leaders, emphasizing the progress made in developing the capabilities of all administrative leaders. The aim is to promote a conscious and responsible approach to all aspects of daily work within public service units.
