Sana'a: A military parade was held in Al Hodeidah on Friday for graduates of public mobilization training courses from the provinces of Al Hodeidah, Raymah, and Al Mahwit, as part of efforts to enhance combat readiness and prepare for what organizers described as confronting the Saudi enemy and lifting the blockade.
According to Yemen News Agency, the graduates presented military displays showcasing discipline, physical fitness, and combat preparedness, highlighting the field skills and capabilities they acquired through the training programs.
During the event, First Deputy Governor of Al Hudaydah and public mobilization official Ahmed Al-Bishri stated that the graduation reflects the popular readiness of various segments of Yemeni society to confront what he described as efforts to secure rights, end the blockade, and counter threats to Yemen's security.
Al-Bishri emphasized that the Yemeni people and mobilization forces possess awareness of what he called enemy plans, stressing that readiness and reliance on faith are key factors in confronting hostile forces and their allies in the region.
He warned the Saudi government against delaying what he described as the legitimate rights of the Yemeni people, noting that the armed forces and mobilization units would remain prepared to reclaim resources and break the blockade.
The graduates affirmed their readiness to carry out leadership directives, respond to any escalation, and contribute to efforts to end the blockade imposed on Yemen. They expressed pride in completing the mobilization courses, saying the training enhanced their capabilities, discipline, and commitment to their duties, and pledged to continue developing their skills to carry out assigned tasks effectively.
They renewed their commitment to continue military training and field preparedness, maintaining readiness to fulfill their missions until achieving what they described as lifting the blockade and strengthening national sovereignty.
