Military Police Organize Commemoration Event in Sa’ada for Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday

Sa'ada: The Military Police branch in Sa'ada Governorate organized a speech event on Saturday to commemorate the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday. The event underscored the cultural and religious significance of this occasion for the local community.

According to Yemen News Agency, Saada Governor Mohammed Awad delivered a speech during the event, where he commended the preparatory activities conducted in advance of the main celebration set for 12 Rabi' al-Awwal. Governor Awad emphasized the importance of remembering the Prophet's birthday, adopting his exemplary character, and participating in the upcoming central celebration.

The gathering saw attendance from key figures such as Shura Council member Hadi Al-Hamzi, Local Council Secretary-General Mohammed Al-Emad, along with several governorate officials, advisers, and directors of the Executive Office. Also present were the Military Police branch commander, Brig. Gen. Yousef Al-Hatfi, and military police personnel. Speakers at the event highlighted the necessity of commemorating the occasion in a manner that honors the esteemed stature of Prophet Muhammad.
