Muscat: Today, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai, inspected the level of job discipline in the Ministry's headquarters and a number of affiliated departments and institutions, coinciding with the first day of official work.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Minister listened to reports from specialists regarding the progress of work and the extent of employee commitment. He emphasized that job discipline is a fundamental pillar for improving performance and providing effective services to citizens.
Dr. Al-Rubai highlighted the need to strengthen the culture of institutional work and administrative discipline. He urged efforts to be redoubled in implementing agricultural and fisheries plans, aiming to achieve food security and contribute to the development of the national economy.
The Minister also stressed the importance of continued field monitoring to ensure compliance. He noted that the current phase requires intensified efforts to maintain the continuity of institutions, considering discipline and service provision as a sacred national duty.
