Sanaa: The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, honored the graduates of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" courses, first level, from the ministry's staff. The ceremony was attended by the ministry's deputies for the Organization and Human Resources Policies sector, Shukri Abdul Mawla, and the Evaluation and Training sector, Al-Ezzi Al-Hatami.
According to Yemen News Agency, Minister Al-Hawali emphasized the significance of these courses, which reflect a commitment to combat training. He highlighted the importance of readiness to face enemies, defend the homeland, and support the revolutionary leadership and armed forces against threats to national security and stability.
The minister acknowledged the Yemeni people's participation in mobilization courses at various levels, which serve as opportunities to enhance combat capabilities, acquire military skills, and develop leadership qualities. Dr. Al-Hawali stressed that comprehensive individual preparation, infused with Quranic culture and a faith-based identity, is essential for facing challenges effectively.
He also noted that with adequate preparation and a committed spirit, the state can safeguard itself from threats, tackle challenges, confront enemies, and achieve victories, as evidenced by the successes of the armed forces. The minister urged continued participation in these courses to further enhance capabilities and maintain readiness for any potential developments or threats.
