Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment Honors Former Deputy Ministers for Contributions

Sana'a: The Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Eng. Mueen Abdulmalik Al-Mahqari, honored the ministry's former deputy ministers Mohammed Qatran, Ayman Al-Khulqi, and Abdullah Numan today in recognition of their exceptional contributions to advancing the ministry's goals amid challenging national circumstances.

According to Yemen News Agency, Minister Al-Mahqari praised the former deputies for their roles in strengthening economic resilience, industrial development, and investment facilitation during their tenure, despite the ongoing aggression and blockade.

He emphasized that their efforts aligned with the ministry's mandate to promote self-sufficiency and local industries, echoing the Prophetic tradition of economic justice and ethical trade practices.

Al-Mahqari urged new appointees to build upon the foundations laid by their predecessors, particularly in simplifying procedures, improving the business environment, and addressing living standards through innovative policies.

The minister reiterated the importance of ethical economic practices, referencing the Prophet's (PBUH) emphasis on honesty, anti-usury principles, and social solidarity through mechanisms like Zakat and interest-free loans.
