Minister of Health and University President Inspect Advancements at Sana’a University’s Faculty of Agriculture

Sana'a: The Minister of Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shiban, along with the President of Sana'a University, Dr. Mohammed Al Bukhayti, conducted an inspection of the Faculty of Agriculture's laboratories and departments. This visit focused on assessing the level of equipment, technical laboratories, and infrastructure improvements within the faculty.

According to Yemen News Agency, the inspection included a detailed review of the developments in the laboratories and applied departments, which have been equipped with cutting-edge devices and technologies for agricultural, food, and environmental analyses. The officials also evaluated the Bioavailability and Bioequivalence Center and the services it offers in scientific and research domains. Dr. Hisham Al Jabali, Dean of the Faculty, along with specialists, provided explanations about the modern devices introduced and their impact on advancing scientific research and enhancing academic output quality.

Dr. Ali Shiban expressed his approval of the Faculty of Agriculture's infrastructure and scientific facilities, highlighting the significance of developing university laboratories to build scientific and research capabilities. He emphasized that these advancements are crucial for supporting productive and developmental sectors, particularly the agricultural sector. Dr. Mohammed Al Bukhayti reiterated the university's commitment to updating and rehabilitating faculty laboratories, adhering to modern scientific standards. He noted that the Faculty of Agriculture has undergone significant development, including equipment updates, infrastructure improvements, and educational environment enhancements, to facilitate efficient scientific applications and experiments for students and researchers.
