Sana'a: The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development, along with its subordinate units, organized a speech event today to commemorate the anniversary of the noble Prophet's birth (PBUH).

According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister of Civil Service Anas Sufyan addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of this occasion, especially as it aligns with ongoing challenges that have been faced by Muhammadan Islam since its inception. He noted that these challenges, though varied in their labels and justifications, continue to be posed by forces of arrogance and tyranny.

Sufyan emphasized that the Mawlid anniversary serves as an opportunity to deepen understanding of the Prophet's life, his struggles, and his monumental achievements in transforming the Arab world from a state of ignorance to one illuminated by the Quran and justice. He encouraged attendees to draw lessons from the Prophet's biography, which is rich with values of guidance, insight, awareness, light, and noble morals.

The event also included a variety of cultural performances, featuring a poem by renowned poet Abdul Salam Al-Mutamayyaz, an operetta, and several chanting segments, all of which contributed to the celebratory atmosphere of the occasion.
