Ministry of Economy Hosts Ramadan Readiness Event Highlighting Charity and Brotherhood

Sana'a: The Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Investment organized an event today focused on preparations and readiness to welcome the blessed month of Ramadan. The event emphasized the significance of preparing to receive the holy month and engaging in acts of charity and righteousness.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Acting Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Sam Al-Bishiri, highlighted the importance of drawing closer to God through good deeds and internalizing the meanings of fasting. He encouraged participants to enhance the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity, and to care for the poor and needy during Ramadan. Al-Bishiri also urged attendees to benefit from the Ramadan program and the lectures of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, which offer Quranic directives aimed at refining souls and addressing issues at various societal levels. He stressed the importance of sincerity in work and adherence to Quranic culture.

After the event, which saw participation from the ministry's undersecretaries and employees, Al-Bishiri and other ministry leaders took part in a cleanliness campaign in preparation for Ramadan. They also honored several sanitation workers with symbolic gifts in recognition of their community service contributions.
