Ministry of Electricity Commemorates Two Martyrs, Commander Hussein Al-Houthi and President Al-Samad

Sana’a: The Ministry of Electricity, Energy and Water held a speech event in commemoration of the anniversary of the martyred leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi and the martyr President Saleh al-Samad. The event highlighted the significant contributions of the two figures to the state and their efforts in confronting adversaries and fortifying the nation’s resilience.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Minister of Electricity, Dr. Ali Saif Mohammed, emphasized the importance of the anniversary as a moment to honor the legacy of the two martyrs in state-building and regional influence. He drew attention to the Quranic project led by the martyred Houthi, which he credited with transforming Yemen’s status in the region. Dr. Mohammed also lauded President Al-Samad for his national initiative “A Hand that Protects… A Hand that Adopts”, which he pursued amid numerous challenges during his tenure.
