Sanaa: The Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and Water commemorated the anniversary of the Martyr of the Quran, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, with a central event affirming that commemorating the anniversary represents a station of awareness and responsibility, and an evocation of a Quranic revival project that restored the nation's consciousness and dignity, linking faith with stance and action.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches emphasized that the Quranic project was a project for building a just and independent state, based on awareness, assuming responsibility, and confronting corruption and external hegemony, not merely rhetoric or slogans. They also affirmed that the Palestinian cause was a central focus in the thought of the martyred leader, and that the Yemeni supportive stance for Gaza is a fruit of this project.
The leadership of the Ministry and its employees called for embodying faith values in work, doubling efforts to improve electricity and water services despite challenges, and presenting an administrative model that reflects the principles of the Quranic project, while renewing the pledge to remain steadfast on the Quranic path and serve the homeland and nation.
