Ministry of Health Organizes Rally Condemning US Insults to the Holy Quran

Sana'a: The Ministry of Health and Environment organized a rally today in Sana'a to publicly denounce the recent American insults to the Holy Quran. Participants expressed their outrage at the derogatory remarks made by an American candidate towards the sacred Islamic text, as well as the desecration of Islamic holy sites. They also criticized the silence from Arab, Islamic, and international communities regarding these violations.

According to Yemen News Agency, the rally participants emphasized that the offensive actions are indicative of a broader campaign driven by American-Zionist agendas against Islam and its followers. They argued that these insults are part of a systematic effort to undermine the sanctity of the Quran, weaken the identity of the Muslim nation, and detach it from its foundational strengths.

In a statement delivered by Dr. Anis al-Asbahi, the official spokesperson for the Ministry, attendees affirmed their unwavering commitment to the Holy Quran, describing it as the source of the nation's identity and dignity. Dr. al-Asbahi declared that any insult to the Quran is an affront to the entire Muslim community and cannot be justified under the guise of freedom of expression or similar pretexts.

The statement further condemned the United States, Britain, and the Zionist entities for their roles in these repeated offenses, which are seen as deliberate provocations against Islam and Muslims. It called out their histories of aggression, occupation, and disrespect for religious sanctities, as well as their involvement in unjust acts against innocents and prophets.

Reiterating their support for the Palestinian cause, the statement pledged continued resistance against such hostilities and urged for an economic boycott of American and Israeli products. It called on the Arab and Islamic world to actively participate in these efforts as a means of opposing aggression and avoiding complicity in the crimes of these nations.
