Sana'a: The General Administration of Relations and Moral Guidance at the Ministry of Interior organized an angry protest stand condemning the repeated and systematic insults against the Holy Qur'an and Islamic sanctities by the global Zionist movement and its extensions.
According to Yemen News Agency, the protest, attended by leaders, officers, and personnel of the General Administration, included speeches affirming that these hostile campaigns against the Holy Book are not spontaneous acts but rather systematic schemes led by 'America and Israel.' These actions are purportedly aimed at targeting the identity of the Arab and Islamic nation.
The participants highlighted that these insults occur alongside a dangerous escalation and plots targeting the region. This includes continued crimes and violations against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank, and Al-Quds, ongoing attacks on Lebanon and Syria, and attempts to target the Islamic Republic of Iran under the guise of 'changing the Middle East.'
A statement issued by the protest strongly condemned the renewed insults against the Holy Qur'an, considering silence in the face of such crimes as negligence that emboldens enemies against the Ummah. It emphasized that adherence to the Holy Qur'an is the only path to liberate humanity from the control of tyrants and stressed the importance of confronting the Zionist project as a sacred religious duty and humanitarian necessity.
The statement also reaffirmed steadfastness in the field of confrontation and carrying the banner of Islam under the leadership of Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. It emphasized that there will be no silence or submission in the face of the US-Israeli campaign and declared full readiness and solidarity with the Palestinian people, their prisoners, and the fighters of Lebanon.
The statement called on all peoples of the Islamic Ummah to awaken and assume their religious responsibility in confronting Zionist schemes and take practical action to protect Islamic sanctities.
