Ministry of Interior Warns Against Filming Targeted Areas

Sana'a: The Ministry of Interior called on all citizens to refrain from filming or publishing any footage of areas subjected to enemy shelling, as this constitutes a direct service to the enemy and is contrary to the public interest and the current security situation.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry affirmed that documenting damage caused by shelling is the responsibility of the relevant official authorities. It called on citizens to obtain information and news from official and reliable sources, and to avoid circulating or publishing any content that could harm the public interest or reveal information that may be exploited by the enemy.

The Ministry stressed that it will take legal measures against anyone proven to have deliberately served the enemy by filming or publishing footage of targeted areas, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Ministry of Interior urged citizens to exercise awareness, vigilance, and responsibility, and to contribute to strengthening security, stability, and national resilience by cooperating with security agencies and reporting any suspicious activities or practices that could harm the public interest or serve the enemy.
