Sana'a: The Ministry of Information and its affiliated bodies have strongly condemned the actions of the Saudi regime, accusing it of disregarding the legitimate demands of the Yemeni people. These demands include the lifting of a blockade that has persisted for 12 years.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry of Information issued a statement through which it outlined its concerns. The statement accused the Saudi regime of escalating its aggression instead of addressing the humanitarian needs of the Yemeni people. This escalation includes attacks on vital areas such as Sana'a International Airport, the city and port of Hodeida, and Kamaran Island. The Ministry views these actions as a continuation of crimes against the Yemeni population, further worsening their humanitarian crisis.
The Ministry's statement firmly rejected the Saudi escalation and criminal persistence, declaring these actions completely unacceptable. It emphasized that the Yemeni people and their leaders will not accept any proposals that compromise their rights or continue the blockade, irrespective of the potential outcomes.
Furthermore, the statement highlighted the ongoing attacks on critical infrastructure and civilian locations, describing them as blatant violations of international laws and conventions. It affirmed that the Yemeni people's right to defend their rights and dignity is upheld by international laws, and such escalations will not discourage them from maintaining their demands until the blockade is lifted and the aggression ceases entirely.
