Sanaa:Ministry of Justice and Human Rights: The integration of the network between the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and the Grievances Authority at the Presidency of the Republic has been completed. This achievement aligns with the conclusion of a specialized training program for the Authority's staff on the "Electronic Judicial System."
According to Yemen News Agency, the training program was designed to provide the Grievances Authority's personnel with the necessary technical skills to effectively use the system. The system enables staff to search, make inquiries, and directly access data on cases, parties, hearings, rulings, procedures, and judicial reports within authorized access limits.
These developments are expected to expedite the review and examination of complaints and grievances, streamline operations, and reduce dependency on paper-based processes and redundant data requests.
