Sanaa: The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights has successfully concluded a five-day training course designed for 31 employees from notary offices across several governorates. The course was aimed at enhancing their skills in monitoring and inspecting the work of notaries, aligning with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the Notary Law.
According to Yemen News Agency, the training covered essential topics such as investigation concepts, disciplinary accountability, and both periodic and surprise oversight mechanisms. A significant focus was placed on the importance of self-monitoring and effective inspection to ensure integrity and uphold justice within the notary system.
Deputy Minister of Justice Judge Ibrahim Al-Shami highlighted the course's significance in improving the administrative staff's efficiency within the courts. Meanwhile, Director General of Notary Ahmed Al-Qablani pointed out that this was the first specialized course in this field. He emphasized the necessity of adhering to legal procedures to prevent the reinstatement of notaries who violate regulations. The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants.
