Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX 30) closed on Monday at 4,799.87 points, marking an increase of 29.4 points, or 0.62%, compared to the previous trading session, which stood at 4,770.45 points. Trading value surged to 34,559,970 Omani riyals, up by 88.7% from the previous session's 18,314,195 Omani riyals.
According to Yemen News Agency, the daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated a rise in market capitalization by 0.231% from the previous trading day, reaching approximately 29.17 billion Omani riyals. Non-Omani purchases amounted to 2.349 million Omani riyals, representing 6.80% of the total trading value, while non-Omani sales totaled 717,000 Omani riyals, or 2.08%. This resulted in a net non-Omani investment increase of 1.632 million Omani riyals, or 4.72%.
