Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 index closed on Sunday at 4,770.45 points, declining by 10.5 points (0.22%) compared to the previous trading session, which ended at 4,780.98 points. The trading value reached 18,314,195 Omani riyals, reflecting a 17.1% decrease from the last session's value of 22,090,071 Omani riyals. According to Yemen News Agency, the daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market capitalization decreased by 0.103% from the previous trading day, settling at approximately 29.10 billion Omani riyals. Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth 579,000 Omani riyals, accounting for 3.16% of total trading, while their sales amounted to 1,528,000 Omani riyals (8.34%). As a result, net foreign investment decreased by 949,000 Omani riyals (5.18%).
