Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange 30 Index closed on Sunday at 4,565 points, marking an increase of 0.33 percent or 15 points from the previous trading session's close of 4,549.98 points. Trading activity saw a value of OMR 9,885,581, which was a decrease of 23.2 percent compared to the last session's trading value of OMR 12,869,516. According to Yemen News Agency, the report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted a slight decrease in market capitalization by 0.081 percent, resulting in a total of approximately OMR 28.36 billion. The stock exchange witnessed non-Omani purchases valued at 103 thousand Omani riyals, accounting for 1.04 percent of the trading value, while non-Omani sales reached 911 thousand Omani riyals, representing 9.22 percent. Consequently, the net non-Omani investment saw a reduction of 808 thousand Omani riyals, equating to 8.18 percent.
