Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange "30" index closed today at 7,431.63 points, marking an increase of 36.1 points or 0.49 percent compared to the previous trading session which ended at 7,395.55 points. According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 53,051,752 Omani riyals, reflecting a rise of 14.4 percent compared to the previous session's trading value of 46,385,472 Omani riyals. The daily report from the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market capitalization saw an increase of 0.199 percent from the last trading day, achieving approximately 37.99 billion Omani riyals. The value of purchases by non-Omani investors on the exchange was recorded at 4,870,000 Omani riyals, accounting for 9.18 percent, whereas the value of non-Omani sales reached 4,783,000 Omani riyals, or 9.02 percent. As a result, non-Omani net investment increased by 86,000 Omani riyals, representing a 0.16 percent rise.
